Dear Co-laborers in Christ:
To God be the glory, Great things he hath done! We rejoice as we see the hand of God moving across Southwest Georgia!
Revival time is here as the GBC is seeking to have revival across Georgia. I hope your church is involved, if not, it is not too late to get on board as we are not locked into a time schedule. We need revival in America! Please pray that as churches across Georgia, start having revival meetings that we would see a great move of God’s Spirit, reviving, renewing, and rescuing sinners!
The only hope for America is not found in the White House but in the Church House! God always deals with a nation according to the spiritual condition of his people. We can point fingers at the Democrats, the Republicans, or any other group; but the future of America is only as stable as our relationship and fellowship with the Lord.
Please encourage your people to PRAY! God says: “If my people (us), which are called by my name (Christians), shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, and forgive their sin, and shall heal their land.” II Chron 7:14
This is a promise we can claim if we meet the conditions that God has set forth in his word. Let us seek God’s face and let him speak to our hearts and show us where we need to repent before him.
Continue to pray for the Hispanic project as we need the funds to continue this project. We welcome three new pastors to our Association; Tim Shumaker and his wife to Black Jack, Brian Hatchett & his wife to Calvary, andMike Phillips & his wife toWest Street. Pray for these men and the churches as they begin their new ministries here in SW Ga.
Continue to pray for our Association that the flames of Evangelism will not die but will continue to burn brightly as we continue to spread the Gospel across Southwest Georgia.
